\n SALARY RANGE: Up to €90,000 base salary plus a 10% annual bonus\n As Android Lead, you will own the technical direction, quality, and delivery of the Ding Android application - a product used by millions of customers worldwide to stay connected with the people who matter most. \n This is a hands-on leadership role. You will write code, review code, design architecture, and shape the technical roadmap - while also growing the engineers around you.

You will be accountable for the health of the codebase, the productivity of the team, and the performance of the app in production. \n Stay current on the Android ecosystem and bring relevant changes (Compose updates, Kotlin language features, AGP, target SDK
