Responsibilities Evaluate and enhance AI model capabilities in complex SWE tasks. Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality. Develop benchmarks for assessing AI-generated solutions. Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines. Shape model reasoning and elevate training data quality.

Qualifications Must-Have 5+ years of experience working at top US tech firms. Passion for improving model capabilities in complex SWE tasks. Interview Process 30 mins AI interview. Asynchronous SWE exercise and project instructions quiz (2 hours total, paid $100 for completion). Compensation & Legal Hourly contractor role.
