The Liaison Officer - Japanese Speaker role supports communication and coordination with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and visitors for an education and training organisation delivering Japan-related programmes. ResponsibilitiesLiaise with Japanese-speaking clients, partners, and visiting stakeholdersProvide Japanese-Indonesian interpretation and translation supportCoordinate interviews, school visits, business meetings, and visitor schedulesArrange transportation, accommodation, and hospitality-related activitiesAccompany and support Japanese-speaking visitors during their stay in IndonesiaSupport administrative tasks, reporting, and internal coordinationRequirementsDiploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Japanese Language, Japanese Literature, or a related fieldJapanese proficiency at JLPT N3 level or equivalent communication abilityFresh graduates are encouraged to apply6 months to 1 year of experience working for a vocational training institution will be an advantageGood communication and interpersonal skillsEnergetic and proactive, with confidence interacting with Japanese-speaking stakeholdersWillingness to travel between Cikarang and Bali, with the possibility of business trips to JapanAbout the companyAn education and vocational training organisation supporting participants preparing for employment and training opportunities in Japan.
