IT Creative Media Executive

About the role We are seeking an IT Creative Media Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a full‑time position that sits at the intersection of technology, creativity and strategic media planning. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute innovative digital media strategies that drive our brand presence and support business objectives.

You will work closely with creative teams, technology specialists and senior stakeholders to ensure our media campaigns are both technologically sophisticated and creatively compelling.

Key

responsibilities Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network‑related issues. Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, and applications. Troubleshoot problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Set up and manage user accounts, email, and access permissions. Support network connectivity including LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, and VPN.

Create graphic design materials, including posters, brochures, banners, and digital content. Edit photos and videos for internal company purposes. Conduct photo and video documentation of company events and activities. Organize and maintain multimedia archives to ensure proper documentation and easy accessibility. Handle design requests from various departments and prepare multimedia work reports.

What we’re looking for 3 years of professional experience in Information Technology, Information Systems, Multimedia, or a related field. Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting, as well as basic networking concepts. Proficient in design and multimedia software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva. Ability to manage multiple

responsibilities effectively across both IT support and multimedia functions. Detail‑oriented, communicative, and equipped with strong time management skills. Experienced in preparing reports and maintaining proper work documentation. Fast learner with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
