Content & Social Media Specialist

Develop and manage engaging social media content that aligns with the brand identity, especially for Instagram and Threads. Create and publish Instagram content, including organic posts, Reels, and paid ad creatives based on monthly targets. Manage daily Threads content for Diri Shape, Diri Care, and Diri Clinic, including original posts and trend-based engagement. Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments and DMs during working hours.

Stay updated on social media trends, viral topics, content formats, and trending conversations. Develop creative content ideas, hooks, and trendjacking content to increase reach and engagement. Monitor, analyze, and report social media performance and engagement metrics. Support product marketing campaigns and contribute ideas to improve brand visibility and social media growth.

2 years of hands-on experience managing social media, preferably in beauty, health, wellness, or aesthetic industries. Strong understanding of Instagram, Tiktok, Threads, and social media trends and algorithms. Experienced in creating engaging content, developing content hooks, and improving engagement. Comfortable using Canva, CapCut, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to identify and adapt to trending content quickly.

Able to work independently and manage multiple social media accounts and content schedules. Strong communication skills and comfortable engaging with online communities.
