Senior Analyst, Operational & Strategic RiskSupporting the implementation of Operational Risk and Strategic Risk Management frameworkReviewing operational incidents and near misses, conducting root cause analysis and tracking remediation actions to ensure issues are resolvedPartnering with front line, middle office to embed risk controls into processes and advise on new products or business initiativesTracking Key Risk Indicators and control reports.

Performing Independent reviews of processes and controls, especially monitoring traders mandates, operational administration of tradesAssist to co-ordinate Business Continuity Plan and relevant drill testsDegree holder or above in accounting, business, economics, finance, international relations or a quantitative field or equivalent qualificationsMinimum 3 years' relevant experience, preferable in banking operations, Business Continuity Plan and relevant drill testsGood command in written and spoken English and ChineseECF achievement is the definite advantageCandidates with more relevant experience will be considered as Manager, Operational & Strategic Risk"Data held by the Bankrelating to employment applications will be kept confidential and used only for consideration of applications.
