Marketing Assistant Manager/Executive_B2B

Execute brand building strategies and manage day to day marketing activities. Develop innovative campaigns and contribute to long term positioning of AV commercial brands. Understand channel customer segments and create solution based marketing narratives. Work closely with sales teams to drive business results and deliver best in class customer experience. Align Asia Pacific sales channels with global marketing activities.

Key responsibilitiesManage and coordinate e-marketing, social media, advertising, promotions, and trade shows to build brand awareness. Monitor Asia Pacific markets to evaluate trends and sales patterns in the Pro AV industry. Develop and implement marketing plans for new and existing products/customers. Track, review, and report on marketing activities and results. Deliver marketing activities within agreed budgets.

Collaborate with US marketing teams to ensure alignment with global strategies. Perform other duties as required to support business operations. About youBachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Engineering, IT, or related discipline. Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing, preferably in Pro AV / IT marketing fields. Strong team player with proactive support to colleagues. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.

Creative mindset with flexibility in strategy development. Strong project management and planning skills, with high attention to detail. Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin; proficiency in a second Asian language preferred. Hands on experience in E marketing and social media channels in Asia. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Solid marketing experience and knowledge of the Asia Pacific Pro AV / IT industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr.
