Analyze business results and implement action plans to maximize store performance. Foster a results-oriented culture focused on sales growth and client satisfaction. Leadership & People DevelopmentLead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to enhance individual and team performance. Support talent development and succession planning within the store.

Client ExperienceDeliver a world-class client experience that reflects the TUMI brand. Build strong client relationships and drive client loyalty through personalized service. Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively. Operations & Brand StandardsOversee day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and compliance. Maintain visual merchandising and operational standards.

Partner with cross-functional teams to support store initiatives and events. YOU NEED TO BE…Minimum 5 years' retail management experience, preferably within luxury, premium fashion, lifestyle, or travel retail. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams. Passion for client service and relationship building. Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
