In this position, you will work closely with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into effective campaign plans and successful executions. You'll lead campaign coordination activities, manage timelines and priorities, and provide expert guidance on marketing automation best practices.

Key

Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing automation campaigns across multiple markets. Translate business objectives into actionable campaign strategies and delivery plans. Collaborate with stakeholders to define campaign

requirements, priorities, and success metrics. Manage campaign schedules, dependencies, and delivery milestones. Provide expertise in segmentation, personalisation, nurture programmes, A/B testing, and reporting. Ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and aligned with marketing best practices. Support continuous improvement through campaign performance analysis and optimisation.

Requirements Proven experience in marketing automation and campaign management. Strong track record of delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience leading or coordinating campaign delivery teams. Knowledge of: Audience segmentation Personalisation strategies Nurture programmes Testing and optimisation methodologies Campaign reporting and analytics Fluent English communication skills.
