Job Description WSP Middle East is seeking a dynamic Resident Engineer Electrical who will oversee and manage electrical engineering projects within the ADDC or AADC domain. The role involves ensuring projects are executed according to specifications, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

The position also includes operational performance, technical and people leadership of the project supervision team and electrical power network team projects in the UAE and beyond.

Responsibilities Define Electrical Engineering strategies and undertake feasibility works across numerous project types in UAE Develop technical solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity Undertake project documentation reviews and checking in accordance with QA procedures Lead the project and assume line manager responsibility for the project supervision team Ensure that Health & Safety is embedded into all work practices in line with company policies Ensure the right resources are utilized effectively at the right time in projects, including engaging with the Complimentary Resource Centers (CRCs) to continually improve communication, design, and review processes, achieving required targets with expected quality

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus Proven experience as a Resident Engineer Electrical in large infrastructure or construction projects Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices Excellent project management and leadership skills Proficiency in project management software and tools Dynamic with a challenge mindset, finding innovative ways to work without compromising quality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of local and international construction codes and regulations Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines AADC or ADDC experience is mandatory #J-18808-Ljbffr.
