An experienced Projects Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and manage construction projects ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and timeline

requirements. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive measures to mitigate them. Review and approve construction plans, designs, and specifications to ensure compliance with regulations and client

requirements. Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and schedules, and monitor project expenses to ensure cost control. Conduct site inspections, assess project progress, and ensure adherence to safety standards and quality assurance. Attend regular meetings with Consultant/Client and handle them independently. Prepare weekly and monthly reports. Proficiency with design software such as Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MicroStation.

Understanding of project planning software like Microsoft Planner and Primavera. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design. Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines. Leadership skills to manage a diverse group of professionals on one project. Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

SOE registered & G+4 approved by Dubai Municipality accreditation. Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience as a Projects Engineer in the UAE construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and building codes/regulations in the UAE. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
