The Specialist Accounts Planning plays a critical role in managing financial operations related to 3PL invoicing and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial transactions.

Role Summary The Specialist Accounts Planning is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end financial processes related to logistics commercials, 3PL payments, financial reconciliations, and controls. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations working closely with 3PL partners, internal logistics teams, and the finance department.

What's On Your Plate Manage 3PL financial transactions ensuring accurate service fee calculations, deductions, and timely invoice reconciliation. Oversee financial compliance tracking, payouts, closing balances, and outstanding dues for 3PL partners. Ensure transparency in deductions and compensations, handling disputes and maintaining clear financial documentation. Monitor financial controls over rider‑related equipment inventory and operational expenses.

Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to enhance reporting, compliance, and payment efficiency.

Qualifications 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or logistics finance. Strong understanding of payroll processing, accounts payable, financial reconciliation, and cost management. Advanced skills in Excel, Looker, Tableau, or similar data analytics tools for financial tracking and reporting. Analytical and detail‑oriented; ability to manage high‑volume financial data, identify discrepancies, and drive data‑driven decision‑making.

Proven ability to work with finance, logistics, and operations teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Strong verbal and written communication skills to highlight financial risks, discrepancies, and opportunities to key stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
