About the Role A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its general, laparoscopic and emergency surgical services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant General Surgeon to join its growing clinical team. The role offers internationally trained clinicians the opportunity to work in a modern, quality-driven healthcare environment with strong clinical exposure and a diverse international patient population.

Role Overview The successful candidate will work within a collaborative multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.

Key

Responsibilities Assess and manage elective and emergency general surgery patients. Perform open and laparoscopic procedures according to specialty scope and facility privileges. Provide perioperative care, complication management, ward rounds and outpatient follow-up. Collaborate with anaesthesia, ICU, radiology, gastroenterology, oncology and emergency teams. Contribute to surgical pathways, theatre efficiency, infection prevention and patient safety programs.

Maintain accurate consent forms, operative notes, discharge summaries and clinical documentation. Applications are welcome from internationally trained Consultant General Surgeons holding recognised

qualifications such as: American Board of Surgery UK CCT / FRCS General Surgery European Board or recognised national specialist certification Royal College Certification (Canada) Australian FRACS Arab Board MS / DNB / FCPS or equivalent recognised specialist qualification Candidates from the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, India, Middle East, Africa and South America are welcome to apply, subject to UAE licensing
