ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead carpentry teams for reinforced concrete shuttering and formwork worksPlan and distribute daily work among carpenters and workersExecute and supervise formwork shuttering and reinforcement-related carpentry works as per approved drawingsRead and interpret structural drawings dimensions levels and specificationsEnsure proper alignment leveling dimensions and installation of formwork before concrete castingCoordinate with site engineers supervisors and other construction teamsMonitor work progress manpower productivity and material requirementsInspect completed carpentry and formwork works to ensure quality and safety standardsEnsure compliance with site safety procedures and project requirementsQualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in construction carpentry, preferably in reinforced concrete and formwork works.

Proven experience as a Carpenter Foreman / Shuttering Foreman. Strong knowledge of shuttering, formwork and concrete-related carpentry works. Ability to read and understand structural drawings and measurements. Good knowledge of formwork installation, alignment, leveling and dismantling. Strong leadership and manpower management skills. Ability to supervise a team and meet project deadlines. GCC/UAE construction experience is preferred.
