Responsibilities: Lead full-stack Java development (backend & frontend). Review code, ensure quality and performance. Guide junior developers and propose software architecture solutions. Collaborate on microservices and database optimization. Skills & Experience: 12 years in web development (Java, JS, Spring, SQL). Experience with Unix/Linux and source control tools. Strong problem-solving and mentoring skills. Fluent in English (especially speaking).
