Sr. Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our fast-growing B2B SaaS company. In this critical role, you'll be the analytical engine behind financial decision-making—supporting forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis across departments.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planningAnalyze business trends, KPIs, and operational metrics to provide actionable insightsPartner with business units to support data-driven decision-making and financial guidancePrepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and executive dashboardsDrive process improvements across FP&A and cross-functional collaborationAssist in board-level reporting and investor materials as neededWhat We’re Looking ForHighly self-motivated and fast-learning individual who can ramp up quickly and deliver value earlyExceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of translating complex data into executive-level insightsFP&A experience in a B2B SaaS environment with recurring revenue modelsStrong balance of detail orientation and strategic thinking—able to manage the numbers and articulate the story behind themWillingness to roll up sleeves and put in the time when it countsAbility to write SQL queries to be able to obtain data for analysis.
