Type: Hourly Contract (Remote)Compensation: $100–$160/hourLocation: Remote, Asynchronous, Flexible hoursDuration: Part-time | Project-based | Ongoing (Flexible weekly hours)RequirementsProven track record of contributions to top open-source repositories (GitHub or similar) in the last 12 months. Strong experience in software development, open-source collaboration, and scalable system design.

Deep familiarity with widely-used libraries, frameworks, developer tools, and version control systems (Git). Strong grasp of performance tuning, CI/CD, and open-source governance workflows. Ability to work independently and identify opportunities for improvement. Prior experience in asynchronous, remote team collaboration is a plus. Role (Training Support Will Be Provided)Design and oversee evaluations for a variety of coding tasks across multiple programming languages.

Develop robust test cases to assess AI model performance in real-world engineering scenarios. Analyze and interpret AI-generated outputs, providing structured feedback to research teams. Work asynchronously with AI researchers and project managers to continuously improve system capabilities. P.
