This individual will play a key role in the organization's transition to ServiceNow and will leverage ITIL-based service management practices to enhance support processes and workflows.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software delivery, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, SDLC best practices, and application frameworks, coupled with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement. Experience utilizing AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude to streamline work, increase productivity, and automate routine tasks is highly desired.

This person will be responsible for ensuring a reliable developer experience platform, reducing operational toil, implementing efficiencies, automating manual processes, and supporting ongoing platform enhancements.
