Senior Sales Engineer, Enterprise

Accountabilities Lead technical solution design and architecture for complex enterprise opportunities, securing technical wins and influencing purchasing decisions Build trusted relationships with executive and technical stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle, from discovery to deal closure Identify emerging operational needs and architect innovative, high‑value solutions for enterprise clients Provide actionable, data‑driven customer insights to influence product roadmap and feature prioritization Collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to optimize processes and accelerate outcomes Document and share best practices, contributing to team knowledge and technical excellence Maintain deep technical expertise across cloud platforms, SaaS solutions, networking fundamentals, and AI‑enabled tools

Requirements 8+ years of experience in technical sales or enterprise solutions engineering, excelling in complex enterprise environments Proven ability to translate customer challenges into scalable, outcome‑driven solutions Strong communication skills with executive presence and the ability to articulate compelling value propositions Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), SaaS solutions, and AI integrations Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs) Experience with CCTV, video management, or access control systems is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience Demonstrated ability to influence strategically, operate autonomously, and build productive cross‑functional partnerships Resilient, ethical, and accountable professional, capable of navigating ambiguity with collaboration and composure
