It's not science fiction — it's already saving lives. About The RoleWe're looking for a QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our AI-powered healthcare platform.
You'll be responsible for testing critical user flows, validating AI diagnostic outputs, and maintaining the high standards our patients and clinicians depend on. This role is crucial to our mission. When you're testing healthcare software, bugs aren't just inconvenient—they can impact real medical decisions. You'll build comprehensive test strategies that cover web, mobile, telehealth integrations, and AI model outputs, ensuring every release meets our quality bar.
ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end testing for web and mobile applications, from onboarding flows to telehealth visitsDevelop and maintain automated test suites that scale with our product velocityTest AI diagnostic outputs for accuracy, consistency, and edge cases across medical conditionsValidate integrations with third-party systems including scheduling, video platforms, and enterprise APIsCreate and execute test plans for new features, working closely with product and engineering teamsIdentify, document, and track bugs through resolution, advocating for quality throughout the development cycleBuild testing frameworks and processes that enable the team to move fast without breaking thingsEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations and security standards (HIPAA, SOC 2)Monitor production systems and user reports to catch issues before they impact patientsQualifications3+ years of QA engineering experience, ideally with web and mobile applicationsStrong foundation in both manual and automated testing methodologiesExperience with testing frameworks and tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar)Comfortable testing APIs and backend systems, not just user interfacesDetail-oriented with excellent documentation and communication skillsAble to think critically about edge cases and potential failure modesCollaborative team player who can work effectively with engineers, designers, and product managersPassionate about quality and user experience in high-stakes environmentsNice to HaveHealthcare or regulated industry testing experienceFamiliarity with AI/ML model testing and validationExperience with video communication platforms or real-time systemsBackground in security testing and compliance validationUnderstanding of mobile app testing for iOS and AndroidExperience building QA processes from the ground up in a startup environmentKnowledge of performance and load testingWhat We OfferFully Remote Team — Work where you thrive—at home, in a co-working space, or anywhere in the world.
