Who we areMagellan AI is the all-in-one platform for audio advertising intelligence, media planning, and measurement. We help advertisers, agencies, and publishers understand podcast advertising activity, discover new opportunities, and measure performance across podcasts (audio + video), streaming audio, and broadcast radio.

Our product processes large datasets of advertising activity and turns them into insights used by sophisticated buyers and sellers across the digital audio market. We’re looking for a Product Manager to help drive the evolution of our platform. You’ll define new features, prioritize product improvements, and work closely with engineering and customer-facing teams to deliver tools our clients rely on every day.

End-to-end ownership: Identify opportunities, define features, ship them, and improve based on feedback.

What you’ll doPrioritize initiatives across new features, client needs, and system reliabilityIdentify patterns in support tickets and product usage to surface high-impact improvementsCapture feedback from Sales and Customer Success and translate them into roadmap prioritiesManage the product backlog and planning boards so engineering time stays focused on the highest-impact workWrite clear product specifications, epics, and tickets for new featuresDefine acceptance criteria and surface key product decisions so developers can execute efficientlyWork with engineering to break down larger initiatives into MVP releases and iterative improvementsCoordinate feature launches with Customer Success and Marketing, including documentation and client communicationLead QA for new features and bug fixes to ensure releases work as intended and avoid unintended downstream impactsImprove and organize help documentation and product education resourcesWhat we’re looking forExperience managing and shipping software products in a SaaS environmentAbility to translate client feedback and internal insights into clear product requirementsExperience writing product specs, tickets, and acceptance criteriaStrong collaboration skills working with engineering, customer success, and marketing teamsAbility to prioritize across feature development, bug fixes, and reliability improvementsComfort working with data-driven products or analytics platformsStrong communication and organizational skillsLocationThis is a remote role based in the United States.
