The successful candidate will manage a caseload that includes:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRe-mortgages, transfers of equity, and secured lendingNew build/plot sales and development transactionsHigh-value property transactions for HNW and international clientsYou will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload while also collaborating with senior members on complex transactions, ensuring continued professional development.
