The Role Support multiple sites across London and the South-East.Lead kitchen teams when required.Support Chef Managers with compliance and audits.Assist with menu implementation and team training.Maintain food safety and operational standards.Support mobilisations and new business projects.Build strong relationships with clients and site teams. About You Chef Manager or Relief Chef Manager experience.Strong contract catering or B&I background.Driving license and car.Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
