What You’ll Be DoingExpand TMT coverage, developing complementary sector depth within an already important market. Originate mid-market M&A and wider advisory opportunities through established relationships with business owners, management teams, private equity investors and corporates. Lead M&A engagements from origination and senior client engagement through to execution.

Build long-term relationships across your chosen TMT verticals and convert those relationships into mandates. Collaborate nationally and internationally to create opportunities across multiple service lines. What You’ll BringStrong UK mid-market corporate finance / M&A advisory experience at Director, Managing Director or equivalent level.

Deep TMT expertise with an established network of business owners, corporates, private equity investors and senior industry decision-makers. A demonstrable ability to originate M&A mandates and generate meaningful fee opportunities, rather than operating predominantly in an execution capacity. Strong sector credibility and the ability to develop senior client relationships over the long term.

Commercial range to identify opportunities beyond M&A and connect clients with wider advisory capabilities. Who This SuitsYou’re a sector-led mid-market M&A adviser whose value comes from genuine market connectivity and the ability to originate, not simply execute transactions. You may already be operating at MD level or be a high-performing Director ready to take that step.
