responsibilities Prepare relevant shipping documents for outgoing shipmentsAssisting on daily operationsPoint of Contact for all shipment enquiriesArrange export shipment according to customer's requirementLiaise with forwarders for shipmentEnsure documentation is filed correctly and timelyPrepare warehouse reports as and when neededCoordinating with internal and external parties to ensure overall smooth shipmentResponsible for physical receivingEnsure Finished Goods are packed and shipped on time based on shipment listEnsure timely purchase of packing material and adequate inventoryTrain and develop store assistantEnsure daily / annual cycle count of physical inventory accuracyEnsure 6S are maintained in the warehousePerform other duties as requested by managementRequirementN/O levelHave 3 years working experience relevant experienceOnly shortlisted candidates will be notified Please submit your updated resume in MS format by using the BUTTON.
