Technical Project Manager (Singapore Citizen or PR)

The Role We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital twin, spatial AI, IoT, and enterprise platform deployments. You’ll manage projects from post-sale handover through implementation and go-live, coordinating technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. What You'll Do Manage full project lifecycle from implementation planning to deployment and client delivery Translate client

requirements into technical project plans, timelines, and execution strategies Coordinate internal engineering, product, GIS, AI, and external vendor teams Lead stakeholder communication across enterprise and government clients Track scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and project governance Oversee technical documentation including project plans, SOWs, and status reporting Support deployment of GIS, IoT, cloud, BIM/CAD, and visualization solutions What You Bring Must-Have 2+ years in technical project management, enterprise software delivery, or digital transformation Singapore citizenship or PR Experience managing complex technical deployments in Singapore Strong stakeholder management across technical and business teams Experience with project planning, documentation, and cross-functional delivery Technical understanding of SaaS, cloud, GIS, IoT, APIs, or enterprise systems Preferred Experience in digital twin, smart city, GIS, infrastructure, or construction technology Public sector or government project experience PMP, Scrum, Agile, or related certificationsBackground with systems integrators or enterprise technology vendors What We Offer Direct impact on national-scale digital twin and infrastructure projects Hybrid flexibility Fast-growth environment with direct leadership exposure Why This Role Matters TwinMatrix’s success depends on delivering complex projects successfully.
