System field Engineer (Radar / EO or IMDS)

Job Summary:The System Field Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading systems and equipment at client sites. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in the field. The engineer will collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.Job Responsibilities:Install, configure, and commission assigned systems and equipment at customer sites following standard procedures and safety guidelines.Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and performance.Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on-site to minimize downtime.Provide technical support and training to customers / end-users.Document service reports, installation procedures, and maintenance records accurately.Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.RequirementsDegree/Diploma/ITE in Engineering in Electronics or equivalentExperience in providing maintenance serviceAble to perform 24/7 stand by and able to work out field on siteMedically fit, require to lift heavy loads and work at heightGood team player and yet able to work independently.Valid Class 3 driving license would be advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
