Student Care Programme Facilitator or Assistant

Job description

Main Responsibilities: Plan and deliver lessons Coach, supervise and ensure completion of daily school homework Conduct practices and tests for spelling (English and Mother tongue) Ensure safe and timely transfer of students from school to student centre, including pick-ups from nearby schools Monitor and track the progress of students Engage and provide regular update to parents and/or guardians on students’ progress and behaviour Mark students’ work Perform administrative duties and ensure upkeep of centre premises Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Centre Supervisor Academic Requirements: Diploma / WSQ Student-Care Certified Familiar with MOE syllabus or have prior working experience as a tutor/teacher Able to communicate effectively in English and one other mother tongue language Able to coach primary school level academic subjects Passionate and enjoy working with young children Outgoing personality and pleasant disposition Possess excellent work ethics and integrity Working Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday (11am to 8pm during school term; 8.5hrs+30mins lunch break shift work 7am-8pm during MOE school holidays & Home-Based Learning Days) #J-18808-Ljbffr
