Responsibilities:Clinical Care & Dialysis ProceduresPerform nursing assessments and ongoing evaluation of patients’ clinical conditions. Carry out the full dialysis process: initiation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and termination of treatment. Ensure proper setup, operation, and infection-control compliance for dialysis machines and equipment. Respond appropriately to patient complications and provide necessary interventions. , diet, access care, self-management).
