Requirements:Strong knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping requirementsProficiency in ERP systems, shipping software, and relevant IT toolsMinimum 1 years of experience in the shipping and logistics industry, preferably handling marine or engineering equipment and spare partJob Scopes:Ensuring a smooth and efficient transportation of goods from warehouse to various destinationsManage billing to customers with high accuracy.

Preparation and Stock entries into system.

Work closely with the procurement and warehouse teams to meet customers' needsResponsible for coordinating and sourcing for freight forwardersResponsible in Accounts opening of new vendorsEnsure that all shipments comply with local and international regulations, including customs clearance and documentation requirementsPropose insurance as and when required, follow up cases with vendors pertaining damage/loss cargo during transportation. Coordinate with Sales Team on client
