About the Role The Sr. Production Associate I supports production operations and is responsible for developing and revising standard operating procedures and work instructions in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. This on‑site role reports to the Team Leader, Production, and is located in Benoi Sector, Singapore. In This Role Carry out production activities adhering to EHS and quality guidelines, regulations, policies, procedures, and 5S methodology; operate machines at required specifications and ensure materials are available. Develop and revise SOPs and work instructions with cross‑functional teams; support improvement efforts and assigned projects. Work in a team environment, liaise with cross‑functional units on day‑to‑day operations, troubleshoot machines, provide on‑job training to new hires, and perform other duties as assigned. Essential Requirements Graduate from NITEC with at least 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience or Diploma graduate with at least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience; a secondary educated graduate with at least 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience will also be considered. Ability to meet daily production output, escalation of line issues, and ensure quality. Flexible to work rotating shifts; occasional lifting and carrying of up to 20 kg in a white‑room area. Additional Desired Experience Familiarity with Microsoft software and SAP/ERP experience, ideally in a manufacturing or clean‑room environment. Basic knowledge of PLC operations.
