The Sr. Production Associate I is responsible for developing and revising standard operating procedures and work instructions in collaboration with cross‑functional teams as required. Responsibilities Carry out production activities that adhere to EHS and Quality guidelines, regulations, policies, procedures and 5S methodology; operate machines/equipment at the required specifications and ensure all materials are readily available. Develop and revise SOP and work instructions in collaboration with cross‑functional teams; support improvement efforts and assigned projects. Work in a team environment, liaise with cross‑functional teams on day‑to‑day operations, troubleshoot machines or equipment as needed, provide On‑Job‑Training for new hires and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications (Essential) NITEC graduate with at least 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience or diploma graduate with at least 1 year; secondary educated graduate with at least 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience will also be considered. Ability to meet daily production output, identify and resolve line issues and maintain quality. Flexible working in rotating shift; willing to lift and carry objects up to 20 kg in a cleanroom area. Preferred Experience Familiarity with Microsoft software and SAP or other ERP systems in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment. Basic knowledge of PLC operations.
