ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales Supporter in Asia. This position sits at the heart of the business, working closely with Sales, Structuring and Operations, ensuring an efficient and compliant execution of transactions. WHAT YOU'LL DO Support transaction execution by coordinating trade bookings, structured product processes, and post-trade activities, ensuring all operational steps are completed accurately and efficiently Monitor and resolve issues across the trade lifecycle, proactively troubleshooting and coordinating with relevant teams to minimize delays or risks Support Sales teams in their day-to-day activities by managing requests, preparing client materials (presentations, reports, analytics), and ensuring timely follow-up on client-related matters Handle operational processes such as distribution fee processing and related system updates Ensure data integrity across systems by maintaining and updating client and transaction information, supporting both operational accuracy and reporting needs Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, enhancing workflows, and supporting the implementation of new tools, systems, or regulatory requirements Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, responding to queries, and ensuring transparency and accuracy of client records WHAT YOU'LL NEED 3–5 years of experience in sales support, operations, or related roles within financial services Knowledge of structured products and/or derivatives is a strong advantage Familiarity with Singapore, Hong Kong, or comparable regulatory frameworks Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, Compliance, or a related field Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownershipExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM or onboarding systems is a plus Fluency in English and Chinese (written & spoken) is essential due to Client language requirements WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE Experience the dynamics of a leading fintech company Insight opportunities across all departments to understand the mechanics of the structured investment product value chain Be part of a multinational team Work in modern facilities at an exceptional location #J-18808-Ljbffr
