Job description

Job Responsibilities Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales Department. Manage urgent calls, emails, and messages from existing customers when Sales Representatives are unavailable. Process incoming orders in coordination with Sales Representatives by verifying pricing, discounts, product codes, and inventory availability before generating sales orders. Attend to walk‑in customers when the Marketing Department is unavailable or occupied. Update the Commercial Team’s sales revenue records based on data provided by the Accounts Department. Follow up with key customers on after‑sales matters, including disputes related to service quotations, service issues, or loan units, in coordination with the Head of Sales. Prepare and issue quotations accurately and promptly. Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency and support daily administrative and sales functions (an added advantage). Perform any other administrative or ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma or tertiary education preferred; candidates with a positive attitude and relevant experience are encouraged to apply, even without formal academic qualifications. Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator, Customer Service, or similar support role is preferred. Strong customer service orientation with good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel. Strong administrative, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
