Job ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition: Proactively identify and acquire new SME clients requiring unsecured working capital solutions.Pipeline Management: Build a consistent sales pipeline through self-sourcing, referrals, and strategic partnerships.Credit Assessment: Perform initial credit evaluations, including analysis of financial statements, bank statements, and ACRA data.Solution Structuring: Design suitable financing structures tailored to client cash flow and funding requirements.Full Sales Cycle: Manage the end-to-end process: Prospecting → Pitching → Submission → Negotiation → Closing.Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure seamless deal execution.Relationship Management: Maintain post-disbursement relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.Portfolio Monitoring: Track repayment performance and manage renewals for existing accounts.Job Requirements3–5 years of proven experience in SME financing, business loan sales, or unsecured lending.Demonstrated success in originating and closing unsecured business loans within the Singapore market.Strong understanding of SME cash flow analysis and basic credit assessment principles.Existing network of SME clients, brokers, or referral partners will be highly preferred.Experience in FinTech lending or alternative financing platforms will be an added advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
