Responsibilities include:To carry out taking off quantities using Cost 'X' / Glodon or other suitable software;To source quotations for relevant trade works including price comparison and cost analysis;Ability to raise tender queries/ design discrepancies timely for clarification;Ability to handle tender correspondences and addendum to update changes made to tender documents;To assist in compilation of tender submission including tender qualification; andTo perform other QS-related duties and

responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:Possess Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying;Minimum 2-3 years’ working experience related to main building tenders;Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings;Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline;Proficient in Microsoft Office;Ability to work with digital software (i.e. Cost X/ Glodon) would be ideal; andMeticulous, independent with good communicative skills; and a team player.
