S$6,000 higher + Allowance + Variable Bonus + AWS Experienced in civil engineering and infrastructure construction Handles road construction, upgrading and rehabilitation works Involved in drainage, sewerage and related infrastructure projects Provides bulk earthworks and site formation services Our Client, a construction company specialising in civil engineering, road works, drainage and infrastructure projects for public and private sectors, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Project Engineer (Infrastructure).

RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate closely with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of site issues. Monitor project schedules and site progress, ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and contractual

requirements. Supervise daily site operations and provide technical guidance to resolve construction, design, and coordination issues on-site. Review construction drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions to ensure compliance and constructability. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including progress reports, site records, inspection reports, and as-built documentation.

Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety and health regulations, as well as company and project-specific safety

requirements. Participate in site meetings, coordination meetings, and technical discussions with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders. Support project commissioning, testing, and handover activities, ensuring all works are completed to required standards. Perform any other duties as assigned to support successful project delivery.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in building construction projects. Experience in commercial, institutional, A&A (Addition & Alteration), or mixed-use development projects will be an advantage. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site coordination, and project execution processes.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents accurately. Familiar with local authority

requirements, building regulations, and construction safety standards. OTHER INFORMATION: Location: Changi Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 5.30pm and Alternate Saturday, 7.30am to 5.30pm Salary: S$6,000 higher (salary will commensurate according to experience &
