OverviewJob Location: SINGAPORE PIONEER PLANTResponsibilitiesArea position• Execute the batch making and packing process according to production plan for the day• Execute the job assignment allocated by the team leader• Upkeep the safety and quality standard in the plantEquipment Ownership• Maintain equipment in base condition• Develop equipment standard (e.g., safety map, loss map, lubrication map)• Develop operations standard and improvement (e.g., Job Aid, SOPs, OPLs, Kaizens)• Execute equipment related loss elimination projectsSystem Ownership• Own up to two systems of the siteQualificationsGood Analytical & Problem-Solving skillsGood Collaboration to work with people from diverse backgroundsGood Communication skills in English verbally and in writingWilling to work in Tuas areaAll gender are welcome to apply! #J-18808-Ljbffr
