What You’ll Do:✔ Lead and supervise our operations team across Singapore✔ Plan and schedule daily jobs using our operations system✔ Ensure smooth manpower deployment and handle on-the-ground challenges✔ Train, motivate, and guide team members to deliver excellence✔ Step in hands-on when needed to support operationsWhat We’re Looking For:Strong planner with good knowledge of Singapore roadsConfident leader who can command and motivate a teamHands-on and willing to do OT when requiredPassionate about plants and horticultureComputer literate with a valid driving license Have some experience in cleaning industry an advantage What We Offer:Salary: $2,500 – $3,000 per monthAnnual Leave: 7 days + MOM-compliant benefitsCareer growth in a dynamic and green-focused company Location: East Area, Singapore Working Hours: Mon–Fri (8am – 6pm), Sat (8am – 12noon).
