Sages Academy is a growing student care and tuition centre with two locations in Singapore. We're building smart, system-driven operations to deliver a high-quality experience for our students and families and we're looking for someone sharp and self-driven to grow with us.(5 day or 5.5-day work week)Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | Mon–Fri 9am–6pm, Sat 9am–1pmLocations: Admiralty & Choa Chu Kang (travel between centres required)Key ResponsibilitiesCentre OperationsOversee daily operations across Admiralty and Choa Chu Kang centresEnsure adherence to SOPs and operational standards across student care and tuitionConduct routine checks on cleanliness, documentation, safety, and stock levelsSupport implementation of new workflows and operational improvementsFollow up on action items from centre meetingsAssist with light facilities upkeep including monthly maintenance of centre equipmentCustomer Service & Parent-Facing AdminServe as the first point of contact for parents — walk-ins, calls, and WhatsApp enquiriesHandle enrolment admin, programme information, and fee-related queriesAssist in drafting and sending operational communications to parents and guardiansManage parent follow-ups on attendance, dismissal arrangements, and programme updatesCoordinate with HQ and external vendors where requiredClass CoverageProvide ground support including stepping in to cover student care or tuition classesMaintain a calm, structured classroom environment when coveringManpower & SchedulingAssist with staff roster planning and manpower coverage across centresTrack part-time teacher availability and deployment for student care and tuitionMonitor attendance and manpower data for accuracySupport onboarding documentation and admin processes for new staffProgramme & Curriculum LogisticsCoordinate logistics for student care programmes, holiday activities, and tuition classesPrepare materials lists and maintain stock tracking across servicesLiaise with centres to ensure smooth programme and class rolloutSupport training preparation and operational readiness for teaching staffAssist with student progress tracking and parent communication across both servicesSystems & Tech SupportAssist in maintaining and troubleshooting our internal automation system (training provided)Support basic IT tasks including device setup and account management for new staffHelp execute tech-enabled projects and initiatives as directed by the founderLogistics & ProcurementTrack centre inventory and stock levelsCoordinate purchase orders and procurement documentationLiaise with suppliers for maintenance, repairs, and suppliesQualificationsDiploma in Business, Operations, Education, Technology, or related field2 or more years of experience in operations, coordination, education, or service industry preferredStrong organisational and follow-up skillsComfortable handling multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environmentGood communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholdersDetail-oriented with a strong sense of accountabilityProficient in Google Calendar, Microsoft Office, Slack, and task management toolsComfortable using AI toolsComfortable around children and able to hold a class environment when requiredAble and willing to travel between centres as requiredComfortable working Saturday/Sunday mornings (9am–1pm) as part of the 5.5-day work weekWhat We Look ForProactive and solution-focusedStrong ownership and follow-throughComfortable being hands-on when neededAble to balance structure with flexibility in a dynamic environmentCalm under pressure and operationally steadySelf-directedKeen to grow with the business as new functions come online #J-18808-Ljbffr
