Responsibilities: Quantity Surveyor (Junior)Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and project budgets. Run tender processes, from documents to bid evaluation. Track project costs, variations, and site measurements for interim payments and final accounts. Liaise with contractors, clients, and consultants on all cost-related matters. Responsibilities: Quantity Surveyor (Senior)Lead the QS team and drive cost management strategy across multiple projects. Negotiate and finalise contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all contract activities. Provide senior management with cost-saving solutions, risk assessments, and financial forecasts. Prepare and present financial reports to project stakeholders.
