Server Mounting and Handover Acceptance Check Server mounting and handover acceptance check Deployment support Service request Server failure drill exercises Hardware Maintenance and Component Replacement Dismantling servers for minimal configuration testing On-site replacement of hardware components Supporting out-of-warranty server issues Failure Incident Support and Diagnostics OS-level diagnostics (E.g., logging into systems to identify root causes) Pre-vendor triage (E.g., log collection and preparation for vendors) System Recovery & Configuration Post-repair system configuration (E.g., DHCP, disk mounting) OS-level repairs (E.g., disk remounting) Network Device Maintenance Request service Network equipment failure drill exercises Coordination with Carrier or IDC providers Asset Management Spare units / parts Inventory Storeroom and cabinets Create, update server lists and documentation Coordination with Data Center Facility Facility incident response Facility incident drill exercise Site environment check or testing assistance Facility patrol through and abnormality reporting Facility change or maintenance coordination Structured Cabling and Asset Tagging Management Cabling project acceptance checks Cabling project acceptance validation Ad-hoc structure cabling and labeling work Remote Work Support Handle client’s Internal System Ticket Tasks (Virtual Infrastructure) L1 (break-fix) tasks: Each engineer is expected to resolve approximately 5 to 10 SWP tickets per day. L2 tasks: These are in addition to L1 responsibilities and are tied to project or task deadlines set by the Technical Project Manager (TPM), with timelines varying depending on urgency. Create, modify or cancel VM hosts or VMs Perform IP provisioning and network configuration Support virtual machine handover Provide system access for checks, log collection and config restoration Other Coordination Work On-site technical assistance or local coordination with outside third party local supplier Coordination with logistics and client’s teams during business hours Documentation and Audit Documentation and archiving All Engineers will be qualified the following skills: Server Skills Proficiency on mainstream server architecture and configuration Proficiency on mainstream server installation, deployment, diagnostic troubleshooting Proficiency on Windows & Basic of Linux config, diagnostic and troubleshooting Network Skills Proficiency on mainstream network device installation, deployment, diagnostic troubleshooting Understand basics of TCP/IP, network exchange Data Center Knowledge and Skill Understand IDC facility architecture and components, Understanding of Datacenter facility operation and security Strong sense on Datacenter availability, redundancy, and reliability #J-18808-Ljbffr
