Responsibilities Support daily logistics and warehouse operations Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments Prepare and process shipping documentation Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy Update records in system (WMS / ERP) Assist in scheduling deliveries and coordinating transport Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor Job

Requirements Minimum Nitec / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field Logistics Assistant: Entry-level or 1–2 years of experience Logistics Officer: At least 2–5 years of relevant experience Knowledge of warehouse operations, documentation, or inventory systems preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
