Skills and Requirements Education: A Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or a closely related technical field. Minimum 3 years of proven success crafting software, ideally within a fast-paced fintech or tech-forward domain. Mandarin speaking required as you need to liaise with Chinese counterparts who can only speak and write in Mandarin. Prior exposure to the banking or financial services industry Strong coding proficiency in backend heavy-hitters like Python and Java , paired with modern frontend frameworks like Vue.js and React.js . While specializing is great, a strong full-stack capability and a preference for end-to-end development will make you stand out.
