Documentation Officer, Consumer Loan Operations (6 or 12-mths contract)

Job description

The work location is based at Tampines. This is a 6 or 12-mths contract role. Credit Administration for End-to-End Processing of HDB and Private Residential Home Loans (PHL) This includes the following functions: Processing and Checking of New Home Loan Applications Documentation Processing: This entails disbursement, redemption and other service-related requests, such as: Restructuring of credit facilities after disbursement Partial capital repayment Repricing of loans Bridging Loans, etc. Safe-Keeping of Security Documents: Performed safekeeping of the security documents via CLIMS Liaison with External and Internal Parties: This includes solicitors, valuers, branches, contact centre, Mortgage Specialist centre, and other departments regarding mortgage-related issues and inquiries. Qualifications – External Fresh grads are welcome to apply. Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel/ MS Word) Responsible, meticulous and able to cope well under pressure and able to work independently as well as in a team Note: This is a 6 or 12 months contract, 100% Work in office, based in Tampines #J-18808-Ljbffr
