What You'll DoDeliver private and small-group swim lessons (max 4 students) to babies, toddlers, and children with additional needs at condo poolsBuild rapport with young children and their parents/caregivers, adapting your approach to each child's pace and needsKeep the pool environment safe, calm, and encouragingUpdate parents on student progress after each classWhat We're Looking ForExperience working with young children (childcare, tuition, early childhood settings, or coaching)Background/coursework in Early Childhood Education, or experience with neurodivergent children, a strong plusComfortable in water and confident demonstrating basic strokes and water safety — no formal certification needed, we train youPatient, warm, reliable with kidsAvailable weekend mornings (our core teaching slots); weekday afternoon slots (3–7pm) also openWhat We Offer$40–$50 per class once you're teaching independentlyFull training programme — you'll be trained and STA (UK) certified, no experience required to startA clear path to more classes as you grow with usHands-on mentorship from our head coachTo Apply Send us a short note about your experience with children, or WhatsApp 9688 7386.
