Job Summary:Working hours: 5 working days per week - 4 weekdays 1 weekend (roster basis)Shift Patterns:AM Rotating Shift-8am-5pm9am-6pm10am-7pm11am-8pm*Promising Career Progression*5 days work week, Rotating shift, 1 weekday & 1 weekend off Job Description:•Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers in a call centre on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner•Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention•Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction•Solicit customers’ feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions Requirements:•Min.
