LTD. Singapore. Financial AccountingManage day-to-day accounting activities, including AP, AR, GL postings, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and balance sheet schedules. Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, staff claims, and accounting entries. Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow to support healthy business operations.

Maintain proper accounting records and filing systems for audit and compliance purposes. Compliance & AuditHandle GST submissions, IRAS reporting, and statutory compliance

requirements. Support year-end financial audits and prepare audit schedules and reconciliations. Coordinate with corporate secretaries, auditors, banks, and external stakeholders when required. Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and company policies. Business Support & AnalysisAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Perform variance analysis and provide insights on business performance.

Support management reporting and financial decision-making through timely and accurate information.
