Responsibilities Issue and track Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation. Assist in preparing and formatting quotations based on customer

requirements and sales team inputs. Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy. Monitor and track incoming RFQs, record them systematically, and assign them to the appropriate sales team members for follow-up. Support the sales team with order processing, follow-ups, and coordination with internal departments. Maintain proper records of sales transactions, supplier agreements, RFQs, and customer communications.

Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve operational issues promptly. Prepare reports and support general sales administration duties when required.

Requirements Prior experience in sales support, administration, or purchasing roles will be an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM systems is a plus. Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.
