Responsibilities GC-MS & QC Officer Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm Location: Boon Lay

Responsibilities: Operate GC-MS equipment for routine product testing and analysis. Perform quality control testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Conduct sensory evaluations and basic laboratory tests, including Specific Gravity (SG), Refractive Index (RI), and Flash Point. Record test results accurately and maintain laboratory documentation. Prepare technical documents such as COA, Product Specification Sheets, and SDS.

Handle sample preparation, labelling, and retention according to procedures. Assist with quality investigations, non-conformance cases, and customer complaints. Maintain laboratory equipment, cleanliness, and sample storage areas. Support daily QC laboratory operations and other assigned duties.

Requirements: Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, Applied Science, Biotechnology, or related field. Basic laboratory knowledge is an advantage. Willing to learn laboratory testing and quality control procedures. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow SOPs. Good communication and teamwork skills.
